EUGENE VEKSLER
President

Eugene is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in healthcare, finance and business operations. Prior to starting Home Healthy, as a Chief Financial Officer at Pacific HealthWorks, he co-founded La Perouse, a medical billing company that has grown significantly over the first four years.  Prior to that, he was a VP, CFO and Business Development at Eisner Health for over 10 years during which time the organization grew from seven to 14 clinics. Eugene started his career in financial analysis roles with The Clorox Company and then The Walt Disney Company. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded Factoring Express, a financing company in 2017.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and furthered his education with a Health Care Executive Program at UCLA, a Business Analytics Program at Harvard Business School, and a Private Equity Program at Wharton Business School.

PAOLA RIVAS
Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Paola oversees the daily operations of Home Healthy and focuses on process improvement that positively impact patient care. With over 11 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Paola has excelled in diverse roles, including marketing, medical staff credentialing, and business development.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Marketing Certification, she brings a unique blend of expertise and compassion to her leadership style, firmly believing that empathy is vital when leading teams dedicated to patient care.

Outside of work, Paola is a proud mom of three and an active participant in Scouting America, reflecting her commitment to community and family.
